Hello there! Welcome to my e-home

I’m Saikishore Raju, a product leader currently at Amazon, passionate about building systems that create real-world impact. My journey spans startups, enterprise software, AI products, and global logistics, shaped by a belief that great products emerge from deep customer empathy, strong execution, and thoughtful collaboration. From early-stage teams to large-scale operations, I focus on building products that scale responsibly and make complex problems simpler.

EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE

April 2025 -  Present

Amazon

Senior Product Manager,
Worldwide Strategic Planning & Engineering

I currently work at Amazon, where I lead initiatives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology within the Worldwide Strategic Planning and Engineering team.

My work focuses on building scalable supply-chain solutions that operate reliably at global scale. This includes launching Amazon’s first Pod-as-a-Service Microhub model, aligning dozens of cross-functional teams, and navigating complex regulatory and vendor ecosystems.

At Amazon, I spend my time thinking about systems. How small design decisions ripple across thousands of daily operations. How metrics shape behavior. And how clarity, ownership, and execution come together to move the needle in environments where scale magnifies both success and failure.

January 2025 -  April 2025

InTEC of San Antonio

Senior Product Manager, AI Solutions

At InTEC, I led AI-driven product initiatives focused on modernizing internal systems and improving how teams interacted with technology.

I worked closely with leadership and engineering to revamp the company’s technology architecture, introduce automation, and deploy internal tools that meaningfully reduced inefficiencies across departments. One of these efforts included building an internal AI assistant that became widely adopted across the organization.

This role sharpened my ability to translate emerging technology into practical, high-adoption solutions, while balancing speed, usability, and long-term maintainability.

January 2021 -  December 2024

Texas Solar

Director of Technology /
Senior Product Manager, Software

Texas Solar was a defining chapter in my career. I joined at a time when the company was scaling rapidly, and technology needed to keep up with both growth and complexity.

I led the development and launch of multiple SaaS platforms supporting over 200 sales partners and thousands of internal users. These systems touched everything from scheduling and payments to CRM workflows and operational visibility.

As part of the executive leadership team, I worked closely with business leaders to align product decisions with company strategy. The systems we built helped support operations that contributed to over $150 million in annual revenue.

This role taught me how to build under pressure, how to scale responsibly, and how deeply technology choices shape organizational behavior.

June 2020 - Dec 2020

Heali AI

Technical Product Manager

At Heali AI, I worked in a fast-paced startup environment at the intersection of healthcare and artificial intelligence.

I helped deliver core product features, establish quality assurance processes, and guide the product roadmap through multiple beta releases. The pace was intense, the feedback loops were short, and the learning curve was steep.

This experience strengthened my instincts around prioritization, user feedback, and shipping meaningful functionality in uncertain environments.

August 2019 - May 2020

Dartmouth College

Product Manager, Student Consultant

During my master’s program at Dartmouth College, I worked on real-world consulting projects that blended technology, business, and social impact.

These projects ranged from building deep learning models for enterprise clients, to running digital growth experiments, to assessing renewable energy feasibility for underserved regions.

This period reinforced my belief that strong product thinking is transferable across domains when grounded in first principles and empathy.

May 2018 - August 2018

ITC Limited

Product Management Intern - KITES

My professional journey began on the factory floor at ITC Ltd.

I worked on launching industrial systems for a manufacturing plant, focusing on process optimization, reporting, and zero-defect execution. I also had the opportunity to present outcomes directly to senior leadership.

This experience grounded me early in operational rigor and taught me to respect the systems behind large-scale execution.
