There are times where life throws us challenges, just to check if we are competent enough. The challenge for me this year was presented by #COVID19.
After bagging a summer internship offer with #Microsoft, I had taken a trip to India. As the #pandemic scare rose and the flights came to halt, the company had to take back the offer for this summer as there was no guarantee that I would be back on time.
It was already May and I had to start all over again! I’m glad I found the confidence to race against time and find another internship.
Here is a 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗵 on how I accepted the challenge, found another internship in 2 weeks and braved the odds to take a 72-hour journey back to the U.S.
It is during these challenging times that we discover our abilities and realize our 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵. Do you agree?
