This crucial role as the company's Director of Technology involves:
• Leading the technology team and undertaking special projects involving implementations of cutting-edge technology including IOT, drones and a variety of cloud-based software.
• Ideating and implementing process improvement methodologies by working with fellow leaders and heads of departments.
• Mapping and revamping the production process, solar installation operations, workflow infrastructure and the project management software.

Heali AI is a Los Angeles-based company specializing in personalized nutrition, combining nutritional intelligence and artificial intelligence to make personalized dieting easier.
• Independently established requirements and specifications and drove the product development schedule from engineering to deployment for 4 features spanning 80% of the app.
• Functioned as the only TPM & the 5th member of the Core Team, attending 80+ strategy meets and leading 60 scrum meetings.
• Took ownership of the engineering roadmap – scoped, delegated and managed 200+ tasks of the engineering team. Lead the engineering brainstorming sessions and took 10+ strategic decisions on the technical aspects of app launch.
• Ideated & designed novel quality assurance protocols, leading over 250 bug fixes and 7 beta versions of the Heali app.
